Using Visual Aids
Exercises that include the use of visual aids may need more planning and preparation as members may not be familiar with how the aids are used. It may be appropriate to have a brief activity to explain the general use of any aids either at the meeting itself (if no preparation is needed by members) or at the previous meeting (if members need to prepare visual aids in advance).
Feedback is stongly advised after visual aid exercises to help members improve on general and specific points raised.
